We hope you absolutely love all items purchased from us, but just in case you do not at any point in time, items (excluding jewelry) can be returned for full refund or exchanged up to 14 calendar days after delivery. Store credit will be issued for items returned after 14 days. Items should be in their original packaging and condition. For example, returned shoes should be in the original vendor box and should not have been worn.
